The first two weeks of every project look the same
Five customer interviews, everything you have already made on one wall, and a one-page brief we both sign before anyone draws.
By Daniel Reyes

Every project starts with listening. We interview five of your customers and three people on your team, and we ask for everything you have ever made, good or bad.
It all goes on the wall. By the end of week two we write a one-page brief: who this is for, what they need to believe and what we will make. You sign it and so do we.
It sounds slow. It is the reason the directions in week three are close enough to pick from.
