Using this site
This site shows our work and how to hire us. You may share links to it, but not copy the case study images for commercial use.
Project agreements
Every project runs on its own signed scope with a fixed fee, deliverables and dates. If a scope and these terms disagree, the scope wins.
Payments
Projects are billed 40 percent to start, 30 percent at direction and 30 percent at hand over, due within 15 days. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
Ownership
When the final payment clears, you own the final deliverables. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio after launch unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Liability
Our total liability on a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
