The brief
Ledgerly’s customers are studios like ours. They send invoices easily and wait weeks to be paid, because the page their clients land on looks like spam.
What we made
A calm payer page that shows who is asking, for what and how to pay in one screen, a dashboard built around what is late, and a phone app for the one thing people do on the go: sending reminders. We shipped weekly with their engineers in a shared Figma and a Storybook.

For customers on the new payer page, average days to get paid fell from 19 to 11.
